Robert Walker O'Neal, Ph.D., has traveled to every site reported herein at length. He is a Knight of St. Andrew, a Master Mason, a 32nd Degree Mason, attended six colleges and universities for 4 degrees, and an associate member of the American Bar Association. He served as chapter president of the Association of Legal Administrators 1988-89 and graduated from US Army military  police and civilian police academies.  He is a former Academy Representative for the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy (Kings Point, NY) and served as a professional and technical contractor for various governmental agencies.

He served 11 years as adjunct professor of economics and social sciences at State and private Florida colleges. He served as executive officer in two corporations. At the end of year 2000, he sold his shares in a corporation for which he served 12 years as President. He currently is a member of one of the nation's oldest Masonic lodges. He volunteers technical services to law enforcement, charitable and public agencies. His religion is that of Calvinist. Click here to see photos  and names of famous Masons around the world. Photo to left: Elaine atop Pike's Peak, Colorado.  Bio: Webmaster's aide de camp, Elaine  Walleker-O'Neal, M.Ed., holds the title of Lady of the Knights of St. Andrew and was honored two consecutive years as 1 of 5 Time-Warner National Teachers of the Year.  On each occasion, Time Warner presented the Crystal Apple Award in Washington, D.C.  An educator for 30 years, she is an accomplished Bridge player, swimmer, diver,  mechanic, electrician, hiker, bicyclist, horse rider, climber, master camper, chef, science enthusiast, gardener, former pilot who also drives anything up to the size of a bus, president of our homeowners association,  and all-around aide de camp for everything the Webmaster can't do for himself (which is almost everything.)

Below: Webmaster's parents. His father, George Walker O'Neal, passed away in 1991. During high school, he played four sports and set records in two that remained unbroken until the 1960's. Geroma was a swimmer and tennis player. George served during WW II as an Army Ranger. Geroma O'Neal worked for a defense contractor during his tour of duty. During an armaments accident at Redstone Arsenal that time, she made her way through explosions, smoke and fire to save lives of her co-workers and was awarded a federal commendation for courage. George and Geroma O'Neal owned and operated an interior design business until their retirement.
